Responsibilities
- Drive enterprise level B2B sales for command center and digital solutions
- Build pipeline across oil gas energy utilities infrastructure and smart cities
- Engage senior stakeholders including engineering heads and plant managers
- Deliver demos, proof of concept and business proposals
- Manage full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure and collection
- Work with internal teams for solution design and execution
- Coordinate with partners, system integrators and EPC companies
- Track pipeline and achieve revenue targets
- BTech or BE in electrical instrumentation, electronics or related field
- 3 to 8 years experience in B2B solution or technical sales
- Experience in industrial technologies and automation solutions
- Strong understanding of consultative selling and enterprise sales
- Experience in handling large clients and multiple stakeholders
- Good knowledge of sales process, proposal and negotiation
- Familiar with CRM tools and pipeline tracking
