Senior Sales Area Manager

The Senior Sales Area Manager is a position reporting directly to the GM Chairman. We are looking for an entrepreneur by nature, visionary, and someone capable of driving margins and sales in the mentioned regions by being result driven.
Responsibilities- Drive margins and sales in the mentioned regions.
- Build a pipeline of new mills and secure long‑term supply agreements.
- Expand into new markets and customer segments in the Gulf Region.
- Suggest new products and develop business cases with the management.
- Recommend improvements in sales, marketing, CRM, collections, and processes.
- Support and coach junior SAMs and Market Coordinators.
- Coordinate closely with the Business Development team.
- Join internal committees to provide strategic input.
- Act as Chairman delegate when needed.
- 7‑10 years of sales experience in Lebanon, UAE, and Egypt, preferably in paper and pulp trading.
- University degree in business or equivalent.
- Great negotiation skills, business development drive, and ability to close big deals successfully.
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment, with leadership skills, adaptable, agile, resilient, and capable of crisis management and problem solving.
- Structured and professional in reporting sales figures, benchmarks, and competition activity.
