What you’ll do:

  • Team responsible for sales of GE Digital solutions to external customers and other GE businesses.
  • Develop specialized knowledge of the latest commercial developments in your area and use communication skills to influence others.
  • Contribute to strategy and policy development, ensuring delivery within your area of responsibility.
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of best practices and understand how your area integrates with others, including awareness of competition and market differentiators.
  • Use judgment to make decisions or solve moderately complex tasks or problems within projects, product lines, markets, sales processes, campaigns or customers.
  • Take a fresh perspective on existing solutions and leverage technical experience and expertise for data analysis to support recommendations.
  • Use multiple internal and limited external sources to arrive at decisions.
  • Act as a resource for colleagues with less experience and may lead small projects with moderate risk and resource requirements.
  • Explain difficult or sensitive information and work to build consensus.
  • Develop persuasion skills required to influence others on topics within your field.
What you’ll bring:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, computer science or relevant experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, commercial or a related function.
  • Proven exposure to Oil & Gas, Metals & Mining, Power Plant, or Energy industries, either as an industry professional or through project/client engagement.
  • Understanding of CRM systems such as Salesforce.
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken, with strong communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel around 30% of the time, both internationally and domestically.
What will make you stand out:
  • Strong experience in enterprise software / business applications sales preferred.
  • Fluency in Arabic language is a plus.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to business and technical personnel.
  • Ability to work under pressure and take ownership of onsite activities.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Good interpersonal and organizational skills.
