Key Responsibilities
- Identify prospect and generate new business opportunities through outbound and inbound channels.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
- Conduct product demos and effectively communicate value propositions to clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Achieve and exceed monthly quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to drive revenue growth.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM tools e.g. Salesforce Hub Spot.
- Stay updated on industry trends competitors and market conditions.
Skills & Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Strong understanding of SaaS business models and sales processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, Hub Spot, Zoho, etc.).
- Ability to manage multiple clients and deals simultaneously.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and adaptable.
