Sales Consultant – High-End Furniture & Project Sales

Showroom Client Engagement

• Greet and assist clients in the showroom, professionally presenting our furniture collections.
• Recommend products including Italian Minimalist, Light Luxury and Handcrafted Mattresses, and other full‑range offerings.

• Actively promote and sell the full product range to clients for projects involving villas, apartments, and public commercial spaces.
• Support clients through the whole process – communication, solution confirmation, order placement, and installation coordination.

• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
• Assist clients with post‑sales support as needed.

• Demonstrate the ability to independently expand the client base through outbound sales activities.
• Utilize online platforms, social media, referrals, and external business development efforts, site visits, and networking to promote our products and generate leads.

• Assist in showroom display optimization and sales events.
• Collaborate with photographers and appear in product promotional videos.

• Proven experience in furniture, luxury goods, or project sales preferred.
• Strong communication and consultative selling skills.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and develop new clients.
• Familiarity with online sales tools and social media platforms for lead generation.
• Willingness to participate in video shoots for brand promotion.
• Fluent in English;
  Chinese and Arabic is a strong plus.
