Sales Executive

Purpose of the Job

To maximize sales by taking new orders and reaching out to potential customers in the showroom to surplus the business.

• Visits potential customers in the field to sell products, follows up on previous sales calls, creates business and negotiates strategies.
• Generate GTVs for goods transferred vouchers for signature by senior manager and GRVs for goods received vouchers.
• Arrange PDIs (pre‑delivery inspections) by the workshop as instructed by sales manager.
• Generate requisitions and forward to the procurement department.
• Monitor and maintain stocks in showroom.
• Arrange deliveries of equipment and vehicles.
• Coordinate with sales team and service centre and principal for effective customer care.
• Handle telephone inquiries from customers relating to vehicle prices and availability as well as warranty matters.
• Responsible for achieving budgeted sales targets.
• Prepare quotation for the clients and submit invoices to the accounts department.
• Monitor stock levels for re‑ordering.
• Perform all the activities in compliance with the Company s QHSEMS and as per the assigned specific responsibilities.
• Carry out any additional tasks assigned in line with qualifications and ability by the line Manager.
