Key Responsibilities

  • Identify prospect and generate new business opportunities across digital products.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Sell content marketing, thought leadership placements and digital advertising solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, outreach, pitching, negotiation and closing.
  • Conduct outreach via email, phone and in-person meetings to present products and services.
  • Understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
  • Collaborate with internal teams—marketing, content and operations—to ensure successful campaign delivery.
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and accurate CRM records.
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity and industry developments within events, exhibitions and digital media.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within events, exhibitions, media, or digital advertising.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and revenue generation models.
  • Experience working with a range of clients, from SMEs to large enterprise accounts.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Results-driven with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Comfortable with outreach via cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Background in event sales, sponsorship, or exhibition sales.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing solutions, content-led campaigns, or media sales.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
