Responsibilities
- Proactively contact potential customers via phone to promote products or services, exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring complete customer satisfaction with a focus on Kannada.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales transactions, and account updates using CRM software, ensuring data integrity.
- Conduct needs assessments to understand customer requirements and offer tailored solutions, showcasing product knowledge.
- Possesses a High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Demonstrates excellent communication skills in Kannada both written and verbal.
- Has a minimum of 1 year of experience in telesales, customer support, or a related field, preferably in the Indian market.
- Exhibits a strong understanding of CRM software and other relevant sales tools.
