Sales Executive

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce and promote the company's products and services.
• Understand customer requirements and provide personalized solutions tailored to their needs.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through professional communication and timely follow‑ups.
• Follow up on leads and inquiries to ensure effective conversion and customer satisfaction.
• Achieve and consistently exceed monthly sales and performance targets.
• Use effective sales techniques, strategic questioning, and negotiation skills to close deals successfully.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer support.
• Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management review.

• Any graduation or diploma qualification is preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales, inside sales, telemarketing, or a related role is acceptable; freshers are also welcome.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Freshers with excellent communication and convincing skills are welcomed.
• Experience in the technology or software industry will be an added advantage.
• Strong verbal communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and basic computer proficiency.
