Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce and promote the company's products and services.
- Understand customer requirements and provide personalized solutions tailored to their needs.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through professional communication and timely follow‑ups.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries to ensure effective conversion and customer satisfaction.
- Achieve and consistently exceed monthly sales and performance targets.
- Use effective sales techniques, strategic questioning, and negotiation skills to close deals successfully.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer support.
- Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management review.
- Any graduation or diploma qualification is preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales, inside sales, telemarketing, or a related role is acceptable; freshers are also welcome.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Freshers with excellent communication and convincing skills are welcomed.
- Experience in the technology or software industry will be an added advantage.
- Strong verbal communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and basic computer proficiency.
- English, Hindi (Mandatory), Tamil, Malayalam, Telugu, Kannada, Marathi, Bangla
