Job Summary
The MEA Partner Activation Manager will be responsible for driving the successful activation, engagement and performance of Pierre Fabre SA’s partners across the Middle East and Africa region, ensuring alignment with global strategies and local market needs.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive partner activation strategies and programs tailored to the MEA region, encompassing onboarding, training, marketing and ongoing support.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key partner contacts, acting as a primary point of contact and ensuring high levels of partner satisfaction and engagement.
- Monitor and analyze partner performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and developing initiatives to optimize sales, market share and brand presence.
- Collaborate closely with internal sales, marketing and product teams to ensure partners have access to the necessary resources, tools and information.
- Plan and execute partner marketing initiatives including co‑marketing campaigns, events and digital activations to drive demand and generate leads.
- Provide regular reports on partner activation progress, performance and market insights to senior management.
- Identify and recruit new strategic partners within the MEA region to expand market reach and achieve business objectives.
- Ensure partners adhere to Pierre Fabre SA’s brand guidelines, compliance policies and commercial agreements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in partner management, channel sales or business development roles, preferably within the FMCG, pharmaceutical or cosmetic industry.
- Proven track record of successfully activating and growing partner networks in the Middle East and Africa.
- Strong understanding of the MEA market dynamics, cultural nuances and business practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans and achieve measurable results.
- Proficiency in English and French;
Arabic is a significant advantage. - Willingness to travel extensively across the MEA region.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Proactive, self‑motivated and results‑oriented with a strong sense of ownership.
