About Mirrorfit

Mirrorfit, a Trinetra Labs product, is an AI‑powered virtual try‑on and fashion technology platform built for small retailers, fashion boutiques, designers, pop‑up stores, exhibitions, and event sellers. Our platform helps retailers allow customers to try outfits digitally, improve engagement, reduce trial‑room dependency, and create a more modern shopping experience.

Role Summary

We are looking for a young, energetic, and street‑smart Junior Sales Executive who can visit small fashion retailers, boutiques, designers, and exhibition sellers, explain the product, generate leads, give demos, and close subscription deals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Field sales & lead generation – visit fashion boutiques, garment stores, designer stores, ethnic wear shops, streetwear brands, online sellers, and exhibition stalls; identify small and mid‑sized retailers; build a daily pipeline of new leads through market visits, referrals, Instagram, exhibitions, and local business directories; collect retailer details.
  • Product demo – pitch Mirrorfit in simple language; show live demos on mobile, tablet, or laptop; explain benefits; handle basic objections.
  • Deal closure – convert interested retailers into paid customers or trial customers; assist onboarding and account setup; coordinate with operations or support; push trial users toward paid subscription.
  • Relationship management – maintain regular contact with onboarded retailers; share feedback; build strong relationships with local retail communities.
  • Reporting – maintain daily records; update CRM; share daily and weekly sales reports; meet monthly targets.
Qualifications and Experience

0–2 years of experience in field sales, retail sales, B2B sales, SaaS sales, fashion sales, or business development. Freshers with confidence and communication skills may also apply. Comfortable visiting markets and speaking directly with business owners. Good understanding of fashion retail is a plus.

  • Ability to speak local languages in the market such as Hindi, English, Arabic, Malayalam, Tamil, Gujarati, Punjabi, or other regional languages.

Compensation Structure

Fixed monthly salary based on experience.

Performance‑based sales incentives (up to 10,000 AED). Additional bonuses for exceeding monthly targets. Travel or field allowance, where applicable.
