We are looking for a Sales Operations & Enablement Manager to support the Sales Leadership team in driving internal sales management, team enablement, and operational excellence.
This role will focus on improving sales efficiency, standardizing sales processes, supporting team performance management, and building internal training systems to help the BD team better understand the company’s products, solutions, and sales methodologies.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, execution‑oriented, and experienced in supporting fast‑growing B2B SaaS, Fintech, or Crypto sales organizations.
Responsibilities- Support the Head of Sales in managing day‑to‑day sales operations and team coordination
- Track sales performance, pipeline progress, and key business metrics
- Maintain and optimize CRM processes, sales reporting, and data accuracy
- Assist in setting sales targets, monitoring KPIs, and improving sales execution efficiency
- Build and maintain internal sales documentation, including:
- SOPs
- Product materials
- Internal knowledge base
- Training materials
- Organize onboarding and ongoing enablement training for BD teams
- Coordinate cross‑functional collaboration between Sales, Product, Marketing, and Operations teams
- Support sales process optimization and operational scaling as the business grows
- 3+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Enablement, Business Operations, or related roles
- Experience supporting B2B SaaS, Fintech, Payments, or Crypto sales teams preferred
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales pipeline management
- Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
- Detail‑oriented with strong execution capability
- Fluent in both English and Chinese, with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced and cross‑cultural environment
- Experience building sales playbooks or internal training systems
- Experience supporting international BD teams
- Familiarity with Crypto, Web3, payments, or wallet‑related industries
- Experience with sales performance tracking and reporting
