Business Development Manager – Interior Fit

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth within our Interior Fit-Out division. The successful candidate will be responsible for securing new projects, building strategic relationships, and expanding our presence across commercial, residential, hospitality, retail, and corporate sectors.

• Generate new business opportunities for interior fit-out, renovation, turnkey projects, and design-build solutions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with developers, consultants, architects, interior designers, contractors, and project owners.
• Identify and pursue high-value commercial, residential, hospitality, retail, and office fit-out projects.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, tenders, and commercial quotations.
• Negotiate contracts and successfully close projects to achieve sales targets.
• Manage key accounts and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming construction projects.
• Coordinate with design, estimation, and project management teams to ensure successful project delivery.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
• 5–8 years of UAE experience in Interior Fit-Out Sales or Business Development.
• Strong network within real estate, construction, architecture, and interior design sectors.
• Proven track record in securing fit-out and renovation projects.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• UAE Driving License required.
