We're working with a fast-growing, highly entrepreneurial agency operating at the intersection of brands, talent, and the creator economy. As they continue to scale internationally, they're looking to hire a Global Brand Partnerships Lead to drive commercial growth and build high-value partnerships across both brand and talent ecosystems. This is a senior, revenue-generating role suited to someone who thrives in a high-velocity environment and enjoys owning the full deal cycle from prospecting through to close.
Role- Identify, develop, and close high-value partnerships with brands, advertisers, and creators on a global scale
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline through consistent outreach, follow-ups, and relationship building
- Act as a senior point of contact for key partners, ensuring long‑term value and growth
- Lead commercial conversations, pitches, and negotiations with confidence
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery and client satisfaction
- Contribute to overall commercial strategy and identify new revenue opportunities
- Leverage AI tools to enhance outreach, personalise communication, and improve pipeline efficiency
- Build structured workflows for prospecting, follow‑ups, and deal tracking
- Continuously optimise conversion rates and outreach effectiveness
- 4+ years’ experience in partnerships, business development, or a commercial role within marketing, media, or the creator space
- Proven track record of sourcing and closing deals end‑to‑end
- Strong commercial mindset with experience hitting or exceeding revenue targets
- Experience working across brand and/or talent partnerships
- Confident communicator with strong relationship‑building skills at a senior level
- Highly self‑motivated and comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, scaling environment
- Strong understanding of the creator economy and partnership landscape
- Experience using AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT) to support outreach and commercial activity
- Background in influencer marketing, talent management, or creator‑led businesses
- Experience building or improving commercial processes and pipelines
- Familiarity with automation tools for outreach and CRM workflows
- High‑impact role with direct influence on commercial growth
