Our client is a global leader in medical imaging, providing advanced X-ray solutions and partnering closely with healthcare institutions and distributors across the MEAR region.
As an individual contributor, the Business Development Manager will drive sales growth and market expansion of X-ray solutions across KSA and the Gulf region by managing and supporting distributors. The role focuses on strategic solution selling, technical guidance, market analysis, and execution of product launches.
Key responsibilities include:
- Driving revenue and margin growth through distributor-managed accounts
- Supporting distributors in technical sales, tenders, and customer consultations
- Conducting market analysis, competitive intelligence, and pricing support
- Executing product launches and commercialization initiatives with distributors
- Providing sales and technical training to strengthen distributor capabilities
- Tracking forecasts, sales targets, and promotional effectiveness
- Minimum 8 years of experience in medical imaging sales, product management, or technical solution selling
- Proven experience managing distributors in KSA and Gulf markets
- Strong knowledge of CR, DR, and X-ray systems, and hospital workflows
- Excellent business, analytical, and communication skills
- Fluent in English and Arabic
- Self-driven, organized, and capable of working independently
