Overview

Our client is hiring a Senior Sales Manager to lead sales delivery for a flagship exhibition portfolio. This role will focus on driving revenue growth, managing key accounts, and leading sales initiatives while ensuring strong collaboration across marketing and operations teams. This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who thrives in fast‑paced, target‑driven environments within the exhibitions industry.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategy and plan aligned with overall show strategy.
  • Sell new and existing exhibition space to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Identify new markets, exhibitors, and revenue opportunities.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to drive innovation.
  • Manage sponsorship and non‑space revenue streams.
  • Own relationships with key exhibitors, agents, and industry bodies.
  • Develop and execute key account strategies to drive retention and growth.
  • Ensure a high‑quality exhibitor experience from sale through delivery.
  • Set sales targets, monitor progress, and drive performance across the team.
  • Coach and support sales team members to exceed individual targets.
  • Track daily sales activity and pipeline health using CRM tools.
  • Work closely with Marketing and Operations to ensure successful show delivery.
  • Support floor plan management and exhibitor allocation.
  • Ensure sales promotions and campaigns are executed on time and at high quality.
Qualifications
  • 7–8+ years of sales experience in exhibitions or B2B events.
  • Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience managing key accounts and sales agents.
  • Confident negotiator with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable working in deadline‑driven, high‑energy environments.
