Position: PreSales & Inside Sales Team Lead (Fintech)

Our client is hiring a Pre Sales & Inside Sales Team Lead to drive regional revenue growth by owning inbound lead management, proactive outbound pipeline building, and high‑quality presales support.

Responsibilities
  • Lead generation & client outreach:
    Identify and target high‑potential clients across your assigned region.
  • Run outbound outreach (calls, email, social, networking) to build a strong pipeline.
  • Research priority segments to uncover new opportunities and routes to market.
Inbound inquiry management
  • Respond quickly and professionally to inbound inquiries.
  • Provide accurate product information, pricing guidance, and initial technical clarifications.
  • Qualify inbound leads and route them to the right sales/technical owners.
  • Keep CRM records clean, complete, and consistently up to date.
Presales support
  • Deliver product demos, presentations, and solution overviews.
  • Partner with Sales, Product, and Technical teams to address prospect questions.
  • Support proposal development and creation of presales documentation and materials.
Team leadership & coordination
  • Lead, coach, and develop the inside sales team to hit monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Train team members on product knowledge, engagement best practices, and scripts.
  • Monitor performance and reinforce strong follow‑up habits and pipeline hygiene.
Sales pipeline, reporting & forecasting
  • Track leads, inquiries, and presales activity with strong CRM discipline.
  • Produce weekly and monthly performance reports (lead quality, conversion, activity).
  • Use insights to improve outreach strategy and presales effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership on forecasting and regional growth planning.
Regional market engagement
  • Stay close to market trends, competitor activity, and evolving customer needs.
  • Represent the business at events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.
  • Build relationships with prospects and key regional stakeholders.
Skills
  • 4-7 years in presales, inside sales, or sales support (fintech strongly preferred).
  • 2+ years in tech sales, sales, or customer service in finance, fintech, or crypto is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of sales cycles, lead qualification, and presales processes.
  • Confident with CRM tools and disciplined tracking and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (demos and stakeholder conversations).
  • Strong organization and time management; able to juggle team leadership and personal execution.
  • Experience in SaaS or digital platforms and familiarity with regional markets is an advantage.
