Sales Engineer

Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across target industries through prospecting, cold outreach, site visits, and networking
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to potential clients, clearly articulating the value and capabilities of our solutions
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring timely follow-up and accurate pipeline reporting
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact for pre-sales and post-sales technical queries
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and tender documents in coordination with the technical and operations team
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets — consistent performance against targets is a core expectation of this role
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management, with clear visibility on pipeline status and conversion rates
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure smooth project handover and client onboarding after deal closure
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Business, or a related field
- 2–4 years of experience in technical sales or sales engineering, with a focus on tech, AI, or automation products
- Hands-on familiarity with AI solutions, smart systems, or robotics — able to confidently discuss technical concepts with both engineers and business decision-makers
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a target-driven environment
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to work independently and manage own pipeline
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English
