Private Client Relationship Associate Manager Job responsibilities Manage Client Portfolio & Relationships

  • Act as a passionate Brand Ambassador, embodying the Bulgari dream, fostering desire for the brand, and demonstrating exceptional presentation skills and ethics.
  • Strategically develop and manage a portfolio of top clients, leveraging data analysis in collaboration with the local/regional HE Manager & Client Development teams.
  • Build and nurture long-term, trust-based relationships with top clients, serving as a reliable advisor and offering exclusive, seamless, and personalized experiences before, during, and after sales.
  • Drive client retention, elevate engagement, and maximize the development of existing top clients.
  • Proactively scout, network, identify, and convert new high-potential prospects into long-term clients.
  • Utilize CRM tools effectively, ensuring a 360 approach to accurate and qualitative client data sharing.
  • Maximize brand touchpoints - stores, pop-ups, events, and third-party venues to enhance prospect and client engagement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Corporate, Subsidiary, and Store levels to define and implement strategic client engagement initiatives.
  • Provide proactive feedback on past client initiatives, contributing insights for continuous improvement.
  • Identify and express training and coaching needs related to client relationship management.
  • Continuously enrich knowledge of luxury, art, and culture to offer clients valuable insights.
  • Share best practices to enhance overall client engagement strategies.
Drive High-End Sales & Experience
  • Contribute to defining high-end sales objectives in collaboration with Country, Retail, and Store Directors.
  • Anticipate client needs, mobilize internal teams, and ensure a seamless high-end sales process.
  • Lead the sales journey - invitation and storytelling to negotiation and deal closure – by creating a compelling and personalized experience.
  • Maintain client excitement post-sale by ensuring seamless logistics, customs, and administrative follow-ups.
  • Uphold the brand's ethics and policies in all interactions and transactions.
  • Manage after-sales concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders at Corporate, Subsidiary, and Store levels to enhance high-end client engagement.
  • Leverage all brand touchpoints - stores, events, and social spaces - to strengthen client relationships.
  • Utilize digital tools such as live streaming, remote sales, and augmented reality to enhance the client experience.
  • Provide valuable feedback on assortment, tools, processes, and overall client experience improvements.
  • Share best practices to refine high-end sales strategies.
