Position: Sales Agent (Commission+Salary)

Job Summary

We are seeking motivated, ambitious, and customer-focused Real Estate Sales Agents to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, conducting property viewings, negotiating deals, and achieving sales targets while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and prospecting.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors.
  • Conduct property viewings and provide expert guidance to clients.
  • Understand client requirements and match them with suitable properties.
  • Negotiate offers and assist clients throughout the sales process.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
  • Stay informed about market trends, property values, and industry developments.
  • Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team success.
  • Collaborate with marketing and management teams to maximize sales opportunities.
Requirements
  • Previous sales experience (real estate experience is preferred but not mandatory).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain professional client relationships.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
