Account Executive – Cybersecurity Sales
OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated and results‑driven Account Executive – Cybersecurity Sales with mandatory experience selling cybersecurity services and solutions in the Dubai market. The ideal candidate must possess a strong background in IT/cybersecurity sales, excellent relationship‑management skills, and the ability to drive revenue growth through strategic client engagement and consultative selling.
Key Responsibilities- Account Management – Build, maintain, and strengthen long‑term relationships with existing clients; act as primary point of contact for assigned accounts; upsell and cross‑sell cybersecurity services.
- New Business Development – Identify and acquire new customers within the Dubai region; develop a strong sales pipeline through networking, market research, and strategic prospecting; generate revenue from enterprise, government, and corporate clients.
- Cybersecurity Solution Selling (Mandatory) – Understand customer cybersecurity challenges and recommend suitable solutions; promote and sell offerings including managed security services, VAPT, SOC services, cloud security, GRC solutions, compliance services, and digital transformation security solutions; conduct consultative sales discussions aligned with client business objectives.
- Sales Target Achievement – Consistently achieve and exceed assigned sales and revenue targets; drive business growth by increasing market penetration and customer acquisition.
- Strategic Sales Planning – Develop and execute effective sales strategies to expand market share in the Dubai region; analyze market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Client Presentations & Proposal Management – Prepare and deliver impactful presentations, proposals, and solution demonstrations to clients and senior stakeholders; clearly communicate the business value and technical advantages of cybersecurity solutions.
- Industry & Product Knowledge – Maintain updated knowledge of cybersecurity trends, emerging threats, compliance requirements, and competitor offerings; develop a strong understanding of the company's cybersecurity portfolio and services.
- Reporting & CRM Management – Maintain accurate sales forecasts, opportunity tracking, and pipeline updates in the company CRM tool; prepare regular sales reports and business updates for management review.
- 4–7 years of mandatory experience in cybersecurity/IT sales.
- Mandatory experience in cybersecurity sales within the Dubai/UAE market.
- Proven track record in selling cybersecurity services and IT security solutions.
- Experience handling enterprise and government clients is preferred.
- Strong network and client relationships within the Dubai region is an added advantage.
