Job Summary
One of our clients in Dubai is looking for Sales Manager - Far East (Lifestyle & beauty). The ideal candidate is a native professional currently based in Hong Kong or Singapore, or a Dubai‑based candidate with a strong track record managing distributors, retailers, and key accounts in the Far East region.
Key Responsibilities- Business Development & Market Expansion:
- Develop and execute sales strategies across markets.
- Identify and onboard new distributors, retailers, e‑commerce partners, and key accounts.
- Expand market presence in Southeast Asia, North Asia, and selected Pacific markets.
- Lead negotiations of commercial agreements and annual business plans.
- Identify new market opportunities and channel expansion initiatives.
- Distributor & Key Account Management:
- Manage distributor relationships across multiple markets.
- Conduct regular business reviews and performance evaluations.
- Drive sell‑in, sell‑out, and inventory optimization initiatives.
- Monitor pricing consistency and channel profitability.
- Retail & E‑commerce Development:
- Build relationships with major retail, department store, specialty beauty, lifestyle, and online channels.
- Support product launches, promotions, and retail activations.
- Commercial & Sales Planning:
- Achieve regional sales, margin, and profitability targets.
- Develop annual budgets, forecasts, and sales plans.
- Monitor sales KPIs and market performance.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and consumer insights.
- Proven success in Beauty, Personal Care, Lifestyle, Luxury sectors.
- 8–15 years of sales and business development experience.
- Native professional currently based in Hong Kong or Singapore, or a Dubai‑based candidate with a strong track record managing distributors, retailers and key accounts in the Far East region.
