Medical Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Promote and present the company s medical products and solutions to physicians, clinics, hospitals and pharmacies
• Build and maintain long‑term professional relationships with healthcare professionals and key decision‑makers
• Conduct regular field visits according to the approved sales and promotional plan
• Deliver scientific and product presentations supported by clinical and technical information
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage
• Monitor market trends, customer needs and competitor activities and provide regular feedback to management
• Participate in medical conferences, workshops, exhibitions and professional events
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
• Ensure compliance with UAE healthcare regulations and company policies

• Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical Engineering (Biomedical Engineer), Pharmacy, Medical Sciences, or a related healthcare field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience as a Medical Representative in the UAE market.
• Strong knowledge of the UAE healthcare, medical devices, or pharmaceutical market.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English.
• Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle.
• Valid UAE residence visa.
• Must hold a valid UAE residence visa.
