Doctify is a global platform built by doctors for doctors, connecting patients with trusted healthcare providers worldwide.

We are looking for a commercially driven Arabic speaking Account Manager to manage a portfolio of accounts, engage clients and ensure they are engaged with the Doctify platform.

• Offer a premium experience by understanding client business goals and ensuring Doctify meets them
• Build relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and increased revenue
• Conduct client meetings over the phone, virtually and in person
• Act as a trusted advisor, advocating client needs across the organization
• Share best practice examples that drive ROI and engagement
• Collaborate with internal teams to support accounts

• Fluent in Arabic
• Proven experience within account management, sales or a related field
• Ability to tackle challenging problems with a positive attitude
• Commercial mindset while keeping customer at the core
• Thrives in fast‑paced environments and adapts to scale‑up dynamics
• Strong communication skills and comfortable with phone, virtual and in‑person engagement
