Overview

The Business Development Manager (UAE National) is responsible for a specific industry within the Middle East market. The BDM identifies new opportunities for Client’s products and services and coordinates his activities with the management of the Client as well as with our client’s vendor partners. The BDM is supported by Client’s strong marketing activities, excellent reputation, and a large team of outstanding security experts.

Responsibilities
  • Gets in touch with target customers and introduces Help AG and its product and services portfolio by phone, email, and introductory meetings.
  • Acts as continuous point of contact for the customer.
  • Identifies and engages decision‑makers and stakeholders; participates in management‑level discussions and negotiations.
  • Presents, demonstrates, prepares proposals, responds to RFPs and tenders.
  • Maps customer security requirements to appropriate solutions.
  • Maintains long‑term client relationships, including CXO‑level relationships.
  • Collaborates with team members and external vendors.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 3–5 successful years of experience in the Gulf region in IT networking or information security.
  • Strong experience in presentations, demonstrations, proposals, RFPs, and tenders.
  • Experience with key Information Security tools and vendors such as Juniper, F5, Blue Coat, RSA, etc.
  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering or a closely related field; or comparable experience.
  • Experience in Cyber Security (UAE preferred).
  • Sales certification from various vendors.
  • Understanding of management systems, ISMS, and BCMS.
  • Excellent professional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong solutions‑selling skills; flexible work approach; active listening.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Good English language skills;
    Arabic language skills preferred.
  • Customer‑focused attitude and ability to manage CXO‑level relationships.
