Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior IT Sales Manager / Senior Business Development Manager to lead enterprise sales initiatives and drive business growth across the UAE and GCC region. The ideal candidate should have 10+ years of proven experience in corporate IT sales, enterprise account management, vendor management, and software services sales.
The candidate must possess strong expertise in selling IT solutions and software development services to corporate clients across multiple industries. This role requires excellent client relationship management, leadership capabilities, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to manage high-value enterprise accounts. Basic Arabic communication skills will be an added advantage for engaging with regional stakeholders and clients.
Key Responsibilities- Drive business development and enterprise IT sales activities across the UAE and GCC markets.
- Promote and sell IT services, digital transformation solutions, and software development services to corporate clients.
- Build and maintain long‑term relationships with enterprise clients, strategic partners, and vendors.
- Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, corporate meetings, and strategic partnerships.
- Manage the complete sales lifecycle including lead generation, client presentations, proposal creation, negotiations, contract closures, and post‑sales relationship management.
- Work closely with technical and delivery teams to provide customized IT solutions aligned with client business requirements.
- Handle large corporate accounts and manage stakeholder engagement at senior management and executive levels.
- Lead sales initiatives across technologies including Java, React, Frontend, Backend, Cloud, Dev Ops, Testing, AI Solutions, and Enterprise Applications.
- Negotiate commercial terms, pricing models, contracts, and service level agreements (SLAs) with clients and vendors.
- Coordinate with internal operations teams regarding staff accommodation and resource deployment for project‑based assignments.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify new revenue opportunities.
- Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, pipeline updates, and strategic business reports for leadership review.
- Utilize CRM tools to maintain accurate customer records, sales activities, and opportunity tracking.
- Mentor and guide junior sales team members to achieve organizational sales targets and business objectives.
- 10+ years of proven experience in IT Sales, Enterprise Sales, or Business Development within the UAE/GCC market.
- Strong experience in corporate sales, enterprise account management, and IT services sales.
- Proven track record in selling software development services, digital solutions, and managed IT services.
- Experience handling large enterprise or corporate clients across multiple domains.
- Strong knowledge of technologies such as Java, React, Frontend, Backend, Cloud, Dev Ops, Testing, and related IT services.
- Experience in vendor management and stakeholder coordination.
- Exposure to staff accommodation coordination and resource deployment will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently and drive revenue growth in a competitive market.
- Basic Arabic communication skills will be preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Marketing, or a related field. MBA will be an added advantage.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
UAE Driving License is an advantage.
