Sales Representative Export – – UAE, Dubai

Our client, a tobacco company, is looking for an Export Sales Representative. The role involves driving international sales, managing relationships with clients in foreign markets, identifying new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, ensuring compliance with regulations, and overseeing the export process from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement export sales strategies to increase the company's international market share.
- Identify and target new export markets and potential clients.
- Conduct market research to understand customer preferences, competitor activities, and regulatory requirements in target regions.
- Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive sales initiatives and customer engagement.
- Build and maintain strong, long‑lasting relationships with international customers, distributors, and agents.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for export clients, addressing inquiries, issues, or concerns.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring satisfaction with products and services.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with international clients while ensuring profitability.
- Draft and manage export contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and international trade regulations.
- Collaborate with legal teams to ensure all contractual obligations are met and disputes are resolved.
- Track and report on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.
- Provide regular updates to management on export sales activities, achievements, and challenges.
- Analyze market data to adjust strategies and improve sales performance.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or a related field.
- Proven experience in export sales or international business development, preferably within the tobacco or FMCG industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
