Role DescriptionThis is a contract hybrid role based in Dubai, with flexibility for some work-from‑home arrangements. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with clients, and meeting sales targets. Daily responsibilities include prospecting potential clients, managing sales pipelines, providing exceptional customer service, and assisting with negotiations. You will also work closely with the marketing and operations teams to optimize customer experiences and identify market trends.
Qualifications- Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to build long‑term client relationships
- Proficiency in CRM tools and data analysis to track sales performance and identify opportunities
- Marketing knowledge, with experience in customer acquisition strategies being a plus
- Understanding of the car rental or mobility service industry is highly advantageous
- Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and adaptable to a dynamic work environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field preferred
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is an asset
