Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive to promote and sell ceramic tiles, sanitary ware and related products.
Key Responsibilities- Promote ceramic tiles, sanitary ware and related products to customers.
- Assist customers in selecting products that best meet their requirements, providing professional and courteous service at all times.
- Negotiate pricing, close sales and prepare invoices in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Follow up on customer requirements and monitor ongoing projects through to completion.
- Prepare and submit sales reports and performance updates to management.
- Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with customers, contractors and interior designers.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Proven ability to negotiate and close sales effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer‑oriented mindset with a professional attitude.
- Ability to manage multiple customers and projects simultaneously.
- Basic knowledge of sales documentation and invoicing processes.
- Experience in ceramic tiles, sanitary ware, or building materials sales is an advantage.
