Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive growth in IT services sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and closing high‑value deals across local and international markets.

Key Responsibilities- Identify and develop new business opportunities in IT services, including Managed Services, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Staffing, etc.
- Generate leads through multiple channels including Linked In, cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
- Understand client requirements and propose tailored IT solutions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and RFP responses.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Coordinate with technical pre‑sales teams to design solutions aligned with client needs.
- Maintain accurate pipeline and sales forecasts in CRM tools.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments.
- Represent the company at events, meetings, and client presentations.
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in IT services sales and business development.
- Strong understanding of IT domains such as Cloud (AWS, Azure), Cybersecurity, Managed Services, IT Staffing, and Outsourcing.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong client handling and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet aggressive sales targets.
- Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce, Hub Spot.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field.
- Experience in international sales in the Middle East, US, or Europe markets.
- Existing client network or strong industry connections.
- MBA or relevant certifications.
- Experience working with system integrators or IT consulting firms.
- Sales & negotiation expertise.
- Strategic thinking.
- Relationship building.
- Result‑oriented mindset.
