JobScope:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and ensure the smooth execution of sales operations. The ideal candidate will coordinate customer inquiries, quotations, orders, deliveries, and payment follow-ups while maintaining excellent customer relationships. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively with multiple departments.
Duties and Responsibilities:- Coordinate daily sales activities and provide administrative support to the sales team.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, sales orders, and customer inquiries.
- Maintain accurate customer records, pricing information, and sales documentation.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Monitor order status and proactively communicate updates to customers and sales personnel.
- Follow up with customers regarding payments, outstanding balances, and order requirements.
- Track customer feedback and coordinate with relevant departments to address concerns.
- Coordinate collection cheques and banking-related documentation when required.
- Collaborate with finance, logistics, procurement, and warehouse departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Perform additional administrative and coordination duties assigned by management.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Sales Administration, Customer Service, or a related role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc) & ERP/CRM systems (Odoo experience is an advantage).
- Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
