Out is focused on helping restaurants drive more walk‑in customers and better in‑restaurant experiences, using technology and the existing noon customer base. Our objective is to become the go‑to platform for dining out in the UAE, just like noon Food is for food delivery.

We are looking for an experienced Sales Specialist to support a new commercial growth initiative focused on expanding and activating restaurant partnerships. This role requires strong closing ability, relationship management skills, and a proven track record of meeting sales targets in a fast‑paced environment.
- Drive partner acquisition and revenue growth by identifying and closing high‑potential restaurant partners.
- Lead end‑to‑end sales conversations, including pitching, negotiations, and deal closures.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of active partners to maximize performance and engagement.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and partner activation.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and consistently achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Track sales performance and prepare reports using MS Excel to support commercial decision‑making.
- Represent the company professionally and positively in the market.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3–4 years of experience in sales, partnerships, or account growth roles (hospitality/hotels or F&B exposure preferred).
- Strong negotiation, closing, and relationship‑management skills.
- Target‑driven mindset with a consistent track record of achieving results.
- Solid working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Prior experience mentoring, or supporting junior team members
- Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams
