STELEO Marketing Management is a strategic marketing partner based in Dubai Marina.
We work with property developers, brokerages, interior design firms, contractors, hospitality brands, tech companies, and luxury businesses across the UAE.
The RoleThis is a full cycle business development role. You will be responsible for finding new leads, starting conversations, booking meetings, supporting pitches, following up, and helping close new business. The role focuses mainly on real estate, interiors, hospitality, tech, and luxury clients across the UAE and GCC.
To sell marketing services properly, you need to understand marketing. A lot of the time, clients need guidance before they need a proposal.
Key Responsibilities- Research and identify potential clients in Steleo’s priority sectors
- Reach out to decision makers through calls, email, Linked In, networking, referrals, and events
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified leads
- Start meaningful conversations with prospects and understand their business needs
- Follow up consistently and professionally
- Lead early discovery conversations with potential clients
- Understand the client’s business, current marketing, challenges, goals, and budget
- Explain Steleo’s services clearly and confidently
- Help clients understand why strategy, branding, content, and performance marketing need to work together
- Work with the Agency Lead to prepare tailored proposals
- Support pitch meetings and follow ups
- Help negotiate and close new business
- Maintain an accurate CRM with leads, notes, next updates
- Build long term relationships with prospects who may not be ready immediately
- Create a strong referral network across real estate, interiors, hospitality, tech, and luxury sectors
- Share regular pipeline updates with the Agency Lead
- Contribute ideas on how Steleo can improve its new business approach
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition in the UAE or GCC
- Experience selling services, preferably in marketing, branding, creative, digital, media, real estate, hospitality, tech, or luxury
- Strong understanding of marketing services and how they help businesses grow
- Comfortable with cold calling and outreach
- Confident speaking to founders, directors, senior managers, and decision makers
- Able to manage the full sales cycle from first contact to signed agreement
- Strong communication skills in person, on the phone, by email, and on Linked In
- Highly organised, self motivated, and target driven
