Responsibilities
- Promote and sell FLEX products and other building materials
- Visit customers at construction sites, workshops, and project locations
- Generate new leads and develop new accounts
- Prepare quotations and follow up on inquiries
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers
- Coordinate with the office regarding orders, deliveries, and payment collections
- Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills
- Ability to build relationships with contractors, MEP companies, workshops, and construction firms
- Good knowledge of power tools, abrasives, and building materials
- Self‑motivated, target‑oriented, and capable of working independently
- Ability to identify new business opportunities and generate leads
- Excellent customer service and follow‑up skills
