Responsibilities

Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold calling, and prospecting activities. Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, and investors. Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties. Conduct property viewings, presentations, and client consultations. Promote off‑plan and secondary market properties to potential clients. Follow up on leads and maintain consistent communication throughout the sales cycle.

Negotiate offers and facilitate transactions from initial inquiry to deal closure. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the company CRM system. Stay informed about market trends, developer launches, pricing, and industry developments.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience. Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall company growth. Ensure compliance with RERA regulations and company policies.

  • Previous experience in real estate, property sales, banking, insurance, luxury sales, or a similar client‑facing sales role is preferred.
  • Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market is an advantage.
  • RERA certification is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Fluent English is required; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to maximize earnings through a commission‑based structure.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced and competitive environment.
