Business Development Executive
Silverspace is a SIRA-approved security and surveillance systems integrator based in Dubai. We specialize in comprehensive ELV solutions, including CCTV installations, access control, intruder alarms, and IT infrastructure. We are seeking a highly motivated, aggressive Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive market growth, acquire new clients, and secure technical projects across the UAE.
Key responsibilities:
- Identify and hunt for new business opportunities by targeting commercial buildings, contractors, and residential projects.
- Pitch and sell our SIRA-approved security solutions directly to property managers, business owners, and decision-makers.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and cold calling to closing deals and meeting monthly targets.
- Coordinate with our technical engineering team to prepare and present accurate proposals and project estimations to clients.
Working hours:
Monday–Saturday, 9:30 AM–7:30 PM (Flexible).
Skills
Sales & Negotiation: Proven track record in B2B field sales, lead generation, cold calling, and closing deals under pressure.
Industry Knowledge: Prior outdoor sales experience in the UAE ELV, CCTV, or security systems market is highly preferred.
Communication: Strong communication, interpersonal, and client relationship-building skills.
Target-Driven: Self-motivated "hunter" mentality with a high level of resilience to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
