Media Sales Executive – Radio Station; UAE

We are looking for a dynamic and results‑driven Media Sales Executive with strong experience in the UAE media industry, especially radio advertising sales. If you are passionate about sales, client relationships, and media marketing, we would love to hear from you.

United Arab Emirates

• Minimum 3 years of experience in media sales
• Prior experience with radio stations, broadcasting, or advertising media in the UAE is highly preferred

• Generate new business opportunities and advertising clients
• Sell radio advertising packages and media solutions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and agencies
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Prepare sales presentations and proposals
• Coordinate with programming and marketing teams for campaign execution
• Maintain strong market knowledge of UAE media trends

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong networking and relationship‑building ability
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets
• Knowledge of UAE advertising and media market
• Confidence in client presentations and closing deals
• Self‑motivated, energetic, and target‑oriented personality
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage)
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills

• UAE driving license (preferred)
• Existing client database/network in media or advertising industry is a plus
