Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new leasing opportunities from corporate and individual customers.
  • Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, networking, and market research.
  • Conduct client meetings and presentations to promote vehicle leasing services.
  • Achieve monthly and annual leasing and revenue targets.
  • Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide regular updates to management.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling property listings and promotional campaigns that highlight unique selling points.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable leasing solutions.
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and service requests promptly.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention levels.
  • Prepare and submit leasing quotations, proposals, and agreements.
  • Coordinate with operations and fleet teams regarding vehicle availability and delivery schedules.
  • Ensure all required customer documentation is collected and verified.
  • Follow up on contract renewals, amendments, and lease expiries.
  • Ensure all leasing transactions comply with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information.
  • Follow company procedures related to documentation and contract management.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree (any).
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in vehicle leasing, car rental, automotive sales, or a related sales role.
  • UAE driving license is preferred.
  • Experience in B2B sales and corporate account management is an advantage.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Customer-focused approach with relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills.
  • Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
