Korashi is a premium matcha brand focused on delivering high-quality Japanese matcha to cafés, wellness concepts, fitness studios, hotels, and restaurants across the UAE. We are looking for a motivated sales professional to help expand our B2B presence and build long-term wholesale partnerships.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and approach potential wholesale customers including cafés, restaurants, hotels, Pilates studios, wellness centers, and corporate offices.
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, field visits, email outreach, and social media.
- Arrange product tastings and presentations for decision‑makers.
- Build and maintain relationships with café owners, procurement managers, and F&B managers.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close wholesale accounts.
- Manage the sales pipeline and provide regular updates on leads and opportunities.
- Collaborate with the Korashi team to support product launches, promotions, and partnerships.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity within the specialty beverage industry.
- Previous experience in B2B sales, preferably within food & beverage, hospitality, coffee, tea, wellness, or FMCG industries.
- Existing network within the UAE hospitality and café sector is highly preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
- Self‑motivated and comfortable working independently.
- Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
- Fluent English required;
Arabic is a plus.
