JOB SUMMARY

We seek a highly skilled and strategic-minded Regional Sales Manager to oversee our UAE, Kuwait & Oman sales operations. As the Regional Sales Manager, you will develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and strengthen customer relationships in the assigned regions. You will collaborate with key stakeholders and establish strategic partnerships with clients, asset owners, and any existing dealers.

The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in strategic sales management, exceptional leadership abilities, and knowledge of the Middle East markets.

This position reports to the Managing Director
- International Sales.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Develop relationships with contractors, plants, dealers, and end customers o promote, support and sell waterblast tools and automated equipment, and help with our automation adoption strategy.
  • Give comprehensive presentations regarding Stone Age’s capabilities to customers.
  • Schedule and present at customer demonstration days.
  • Propose solutions to customers based on a solid understanding of their needs and the capabilities of Stone Age products.
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals/presentations and quotes and follow up with key decision-makers.
  • Meet or exceed Automated Equipment, Tools and Rentals (future growth) sales goals.
  • Have a strong focus on time management and self-leadership.
  • Partner with key customers and line manager to develop annual Cap ex budgets.
  • Perform product demonstrations to educate customers on Stone Age’s current and new products.
  • Provide Product Strategy/NPI input for field test candidate selection.
  • Identify competing products and technologies, providing regular information to Sales Leadership and the Product Strategy team .
  • Assist in collecting data and trends on current and new products.
  • Generate leads & discussions with contractors/end-users and asset owners to generate new product concepts and custom solutions and address “hard problems” in plants.
  • Work with Product Strategy / NPI to develop sales collateral and presentations.
  • Complete new product training before market introduction.
  • Assist in the growth and accuracy of the CRM database for marketing.
  • Communicate regularly with sales team members, sales management, and including inside sales, keeping them apprised of regional developments and coordinating sales efforts.
  • Participate in weekly and ad hoc sales team meetings.
  • Provide market, customer, product, and competitive information in a timely fashion and weekly reports.
  • Perform other duties assigned by the Managing Director International Sales.
  • Develop strategic sales plans and manage territory travel to achieve maximum customer touches throughout the year, with balanced cost considerations.
  • Work with collections to secure payments from customers regularly.
  • Manage Key Accounts, customers, and Dealers as assigned and develop strategic sales plans and relationships to increase sales and market share.
  • Develop yearly sales forecasting budget for assigned territory.
  • Communicate regularly with Manager, informing him/her of visit schedule, any internal and external issues and weekly activities, progress, competition etc.
  • Responsible for submitting expenses in approved system in a timely manner.
