As a dynamic Account Executive we lead the entire sales process for medium to complex greenfield accounts across industries in the UAE. We target new logos, expand existing accounts, and deliver on key performance metrics with a strong focus on new business sales.
Responsibilities- Lead the entire sales process to meet key performance metrics, with a strong emphasis on new business and account expansion.
- Engage prospect organisations to position Salesforce solutions through strategic value‑based selling, business‑case definition, ROI analysis, references, and analyst data.
- Interact with C‑level decision makers and strategically navigate the organization.
- Coordinate closely with Sales Engineers, Professional Services, Executives, Partners, and other groups to drive account strategy.
- Create and drive strategic emphasis where none previously existed, and accurately forecast and achieve revenue goals.
- Close sophisticated deals and manage C‑level and line‑of‑business relationships.
- A minimum of 5 years of quota‑carrying software or technology sales and account‑management experience selling to commercial organisations in the UAE.
- Proven track record of success, achieving or exceeding quota in recent sales positions.
- Experience selling into commercial accounts, with preference for recent success in the software industry (cloud experience a plus).
- Strong relationship‑building skills, self‑starting mindset, risk‑taking, and a drive to succeed.
- Proficient oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to map out and strategically define account plans for top‑tier accounts.
- Ability to sell both an application and deployment of a platform, and to manage sophisticated deals.
- Proficient in sales process & methodology.
- Experience in workshop setup and execution, forecasting, and business operational skills.
- Pipeline generation and territory management.
- Business acumen and ROI‑based perspective.
