We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our Commercial Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business opportunities within the sports, government, corporate, and group segments, developing client relationships and maximizing hotel revenue through strategic sales initiatives. This role requires a highly motivated professional with strong networking, negotiation, and account management skills, preferably with experience in hospitality sales and a strong understanding of the sports and government sectors.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain relationships with government entities, sports organizations, associations, and key stakeholders.
- Identify new business opportunities to increase room nights and meetings revenue.
- Manage and grow existing accounts while actively pursuing new business.
- Conduct sales calls, presentations, site inspections, and client meetings.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis.
- Participate in trade shows, networking events, and industry functions.
- Negotiate contracts and ensure smooth coordination between clients and hotel operations teams.
- Work closely with Revenue, Events, and Marketing teams to achieve commercial objectives.
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in hospitality sales, preferably in sports and government segments in the UAE market. Strong knowledge of local market dynamics and business trends. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel sales systems.
