Sales Officer - Cleaning Equipment & Related Machinery

Responsibilities
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable cleaning equipment solutions based on application and technical specifications.
- Promote and sell cleaning equipment, including pressure washers, vacuum machines, corded and cordless robotic cleaners, steam cleaners, corded and cordless scrubbers, sweepers, and other domestic and commercial cleaning machines.
- Explain product features such as capacity, pressure, airflow, tank size, duty cycle, and operational performance to customers.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for clients.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up with potential customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and business partners.
- Manage both B2B and B2C sales channels to achieve sales targets.
- Coordinate with service and technical teams to ensure proper installation, support, and after‑sales service.
- Identify new market opportunities and expand the company’s customer base.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning equipment and machinery.
- Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to understand technical specifications and match products to customer requirements.
- Strong presentation and demonstration skills.
- Customer‑focused approach with the ability to build long‑term relationships.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Proven experience in selling cleaning equipment or related machinery.
- Experience dealing with facility management companies, cleaning contractors, hotels, hospitals, automotive workshops, retail customers, and distributors is highly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
