Position: Property consultant Off Plan (Commission Only)

Handle end-to-end sales of strong Dubai OFF PLAN properties strong from lead generation to closing Engage with strong verified inbound marketing leads strong and convert them into successful transactions Build and maintain strong relationships with strong major developers strong to access premium inventory Conduct strong client meetings presentations and site visits strong showcasing project value and investment potential Stay updated with strong new launches payment plans and market trends strong to provide accurate advice to clients Negotiate deals and assist clients in selecting the best investment options aligned with their goals Maintain consistent follow-ups and manage leads effectively using CRM systems Deliver a high standard of strong client service and relationship management strong to drive repeat business and referrals Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong closing ability.

Well-versed with Dubai OFF PLAN market, new launches, and developer offerings.

Highly motivated, target-driven, and performance-oriented mindset.

Ability to work with HNI/UHNI clients and handle high-value transactions professionally.

Strong negotiation and presentation skills with a consultative sales approach.

Experience in real estate sales is preferred (OFF PLAN experience is a strong advantage).Familiarity with CRM systems and sales processes is a plus.

UAE Driving License is an added advantage.
