Responsibilities

  • Proactively prospecting, calling, qualifying leads and building a robust pipeline of potential buyers through networking, referrals, digital channels, and company‑provided inquiries.
  • Conduct compelling and informative sales presentations both in‑person and virtually, effectively communicating the project’s vision, specifications, unique selling points, and investment potential.
  • Guide clients through the entire off‑plan sales process from initial interest to reservation, contract signing, and handover coordination.
  • Maintain an expert‑level understanding of the local real‑estate market, competitor activity, and developer project master plans, unit types, and payment structures.
  • Build and nurture long‑term relationships with clients, providing exceptional service to ensure satisfaction and generate repeat business and referrals.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
  • Utilize CRM systems to meticulously manage client interactions, follow‑ups, and sales progress.
What we’re looking for
  • Proven track record in off‑plan property sales is a significant advantage.
  • Experienced real estate agents from secondary/resale markets with exceptional performance are also encouraged to apply.
  • A natural hunter and closer with outstanding negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to sell a concept and a future vision, not just a physical product.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with fluency in English.
  • Self‑motivated, ambitious, and results‑driven with a strong entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Tech‑savvy, proficient with CRM software, Microsoft Office, and digital communication tools.
  • Relevant real‑estate license/certification as required by the local market.
