Responsibilities
- Generate leads and identify business opportunities, handling customer interactions, converting prospects into successful business deals, and contributing to company growth and expansion.
- Identify potential clients and business opportunities. Generate leads through networking, references, calls, social media and marketing activities. Connect with prospective customers professionally, explain company services and offerings effectively, convert inquiries into successful business opportunities, achieve monthly sales and conversion targets, build and maintain strong client relationships, handle end-to-end customer interactions professionally.
- Provide consultation and guidance based on client needs, build trust, maintain long‑term client relationships, handle customer concerns and objections professionally, maintain high customer satisfaction levels, ensure smooth communication throughout the sales process.
- Support company growth and expansion activities. Explore new client acquisition strategies, identify market opportunities and business prospects, build professional networks and references, coordinate with internal teams for successful deal closures.
- Attend client meetings and business discussions, coordinate property site visits if applicable, assist customers during meetings and presentations, build professional relationships with clients and partners.
- Maintain records of leads and customer interactions, update CRM and client details regularly, follow up with prospects consistently, track customer interest and conversion status, submit daily and weekly sales activity reports.
