Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Promote the company's air conditioning products, HVAC systems, ducting solutions, and related services to consultants, contractors, developers, and end users.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with MEP contractors, HVAC consultants, project managers, developers, and distributors.
- Generate leads through project tracking, networking, cold calling, and market research.
- Conduct product presentations, technical discussions, and commercial negotiations with clients.
- Coordinate with the engineering and technical teams to provide suitable HVAC solutions and quotations.
- Monitor ongoing and upcoming construction projects and secure product specifications.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence updates.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and business development objectives.
- Participate in exhibitions, industry events, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term client retention.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in business development or sales within the HVAC / Air Conditioning Industry, MEP Contracting, Construction Materials, Adhesives & Sealants, Insulation Products, or Building Materials.
- Experience working with HVAC contractors, MEP consultants, and construction projects in the UAE/GCC market is highly preferred.
- Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, MEP projects, and construction industry practices.
- Existing network of consultants, contractors, developers, and project stakeholders.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to interpret project specifications and tender requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Strong commercial awareness and sales acumen.
- Female candidate from an Arab country (Jordan, Lebanon, Egypt, Syria, Palestine, Iraq, Tunisia, Morocco, Algeria, or other Arab nationalities).
- Experience in adhesives, sealants, HVAC accessories, duct insulation, construction chemicals, or MEP products.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing key accounts.
- Self-driven, professional, and capable of working independently in a competitive market.
