Senior Associate Account Executive, Regional Accounts

Key Responsibilities Account Management- Manage a portfolio of medium and large sized regional accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct customer presentations, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales opportunities with moderate guidance.
- Identify customer needs and deliver tailored solutions to improve customer outcomes and satisfaction.
- Prepare sales reports and share performance insights with senior team members to support decision making.
- Continuously develop product, solution, and industry knowledge through structured training and hands on experience.
- Leadership & Communication:
Collaborates effectively with internal teams and communicates clearly with customers to resolve issues. - Strategic Orientation & Technical Fluency:
Applies technical and strategic knowledge to address moderately complex customer scenarios. - Industry & Business Acumen:
Leverages industry awareness to improve customer interactions and internal processes. - Customer Relationship Management:
Builds and sustains strong customer relationships through proactive engagement and problem solving. - Data Driven Mindset:
Uses data to inform decisions and enhance customer interactions.
- Co‑sell:
Partner with technical and emerging product specialists to co develop scalable customer solutions. - Technical Discovery:
Work with technical leads in high growth accounts to validate requirements, ensure solution fit, and strengthen value messaging. - Partner Coordination:
Coordinate with partners and Partner Managers to support strategic engagements. - Cross Regional
Collaboration:
Facilitate coordination across regions to support multi national accounts and share best practices.
- 7+ years of experience in account management in SaaS area is a must.
- Experience managing a portfolio of customer accounts and supporting sales opportunities.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
- Ability to analyze data and apply insights to improve account outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate in cross functional and/or cross regional environments.
- Experience working in SaaS, technology, or subscription based business models.
- Familiarity with co sell motions involving technical specialists or emerging product teams.
- Experience working with channel partners or partner led sales models.
- Exposure to CRM systems for pipeline tracking, forecasting, and reporting.
- Experience supporting expansion, upsell, or cross sell motions within existing accounts.
