Sales Executive

To plan, initiate and conduct the sales process with corporate customers and contribute to achieving the sales targets.

• Explore market opportunities and identify potential corporate customers for rental and lease sales. Generate enquiries through cold calls and other prospective means.
• Discuss requirements with customers, identify and qualify their needs and propose a solution that meets their requirements effectively with the right product‑mix, model‑mix and financial constraints.
• Establish and maintain effective business relationships to sustain existing and acquire additional business.
• Coordinate with operations for deliveries and pickups, ensure contracts are signed and forwarded to accounts.
• Prepare/maintain visit/call reports and log highlighting salient features and advise the manager of the same. Report daily/weekly/monthly on agreed performance data, compare actual with targeted/budgeted performance, and recommend plans for improvement and enhancement.
• Submit Daily Sales Report (DSR) to the line manager and General Manager.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date customer database and contribute towards the development of a prospects list.
• Gather customer feedback and market intelligence from external sources to feel the pulse of market trends, stay ahead of competition and meet customer needs.
• Follow up on delayed sales payments with customers.

• Degree in any discipline or O/A Level certificate.
• 3 to 6 years of experience in and lease sales in the GCC market.
