Role Description As the Sales Manager for the GCC region, you will spearhead business development and sales operations from our Dubai office. You will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, closing strategic deals, and nurturing long-term relationships with brokers, fintech firms, and financial institutions across the region. This role is ideal for a dynamic, self-driven professional with strong knowledge of the financial markets, exceptional sales acumen, and a network within the MENA region.
1. Meet and exceed regional sales targets and KPIs for GCC territories.
2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, cold outreach, digital prospecting, and participation in local fintech or financial expos.
3. Develop and manage relationships with brokerage firms, financial institutions, and other relevant partners.
4. Conduct product demos and solution presentations to clients based on their business needs.
5. Collaborate closely with internal teams (marketing, support, product) to ensure client satisfaction and onboarding success.
6. Provide strategic insights and report on regional market trends, competition, and client feedback.
7. Represent Leverate at industry events, conferences, and regional gatherings as the face of the company in GCC.Requirements
1. Fluency in English is mandatory.
2. Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
3. 2+ years of proven experience in B2B sales within the financial services industry – preferably in CFDs, forex, trading platforms, or fintech software.
4. Demonstrated ability to build pipelines, close deals, and exceed quotas.
5. Strong negotiation, communication, and client management skills.
6. Deep understanding of GCC business culture and financial services landscape.
7. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to operate independently with minimal supervision.
8. Willingness to travel within the GCC region for business meetings and events.
